The Dallas Police Hockey Foundation
Our Hockey Teams
The Dallas Knights is our hockey team that is made up of Dallas Police Officers and Law Enforcement Officers from across North Texas. Many of these officers have once played at the college level and up.
The Dallas Police Delta Team is our hockey team that is primarily made up of Dallas Police Officers and Law Enforcement Officers in North Texas. The Officers on this team vary in experience with the primary experience level ranging from beginner to intermediate.
Our Mission
Our mission is to support first responders, their family members, and the community in crisis through hockey. Our mission provides law enforcement an outlet outside of their regular duties to build relationships with each other and the community while supporting those in need.
The Dallas Police Hockey Foundation is a 501 (c) (3) Non-profit Organization.
Our Benefit Games
Our benefit games are usually with other local first responder teams in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. Both of the Dallas Knights and the Dallas Police Hockey Club will occasionally travel and play in other cities and states.
In December 2016 we partnered with the Dallas Stars Alumni Association at the American Airlines Center where we raised money for the Dallas Assist the Officer Foundation.
In July 2017 we honored the five Dallas Officers who lost their lives on July 7, 2016, with the inaugural Dallas Strong Hockey Game. Each year the Dallas Strong Hockey Game will be played to raise money for Dallas’ First Responders.
